​IMPORTANT NOTICE: BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, YOU MUST CEASE USE IMMEDIATELY. THESE TERMS CONTAIN SIGNIFICANT LIMITATIONS ON RETURNS, LIABILITY, AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), the following definitions apply:

  • "Platform" means the website www.saintarchive.net and all associated services, tools, and interfaces;

  • "Saint Archive" or "the Company" means [COMPANY NAME], with registered offices at [ADDRESS], Italy;

  • "User" means any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform in any capacity;

  • "Seller" means a User who lists items for sale on the Platform;

  • "Buyer" means a User who purchases items through the Platform;

  • "Transaction" means any completed sale between a Buyer and a Seller facilitated through the Platform;

  • "Management" means the duly authorised representatives of Saint Archive with authority to approve returns or exceptions.

​2. Nature of the Platform — Intermediary Role

Saint Archive operates exclusively as a technical intermediary and peer-to-peer (C2C) marketplace. Saint Archive is NOT a seller, buyer, or party to any transaction.

By using the Platform, Users expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Saint Archive has no ownership of, custody over, or responsibility for any item listed or sold on the Platform;

  • All sales contracts are formed exclusively between Buyers and Sellers.

  • Saint Archive bears no liability whatsoever for the quality, authenticity, condition, legality, or fitness for purpose of any item listed or sold;

  • Saint Archive does not, authenticate, or guarantee any listing, description and photograph

  • Any reliance placed by a Buyer on listing information is entirely at the Buyer's own risk;

  • Saint Archive's liability in connection with any Transaction is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Account Registration and User Obligations
1. Eligibility

Access to the Platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity to enter binding contracts. By registering, you represent and warrant compliance with this requirement.

2.  Account Responsibility

Users are solely and exclusively responsible for:

  • All activities conducted under their account, whether authorised or not;

  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of login credentials;

  • The accuracy of all information provided during registration and in any listing;

  • Any and all consequences arising from unauthorised use of their account.

 

Saint Archive shall bear no liability for any loss or damage arising from a User's failure to maintain account security.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

Saint Archive reserves the absolute and unconditional right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User account for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, reputational risk to the Platform, or any conduct Saint Archive deems incompatible with the platform's standards. No compensation or refund of fees shall be due upon termination for cause.
