All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. International transfers outside the EEA are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

​Saint Archive implements SSL/TLS encryption, access controls, and regular security audits. In the event of a data breach posing high risk to Users, Saint Archive will notify affected individuals and the supervisory authority in accordance with Arts. 33-34 GDPR.
​Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are exclusively governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], Italy. Users expressly waive any right to bring claims in any other jurisdiction.
Prior to initiating legal proceedings, Users must submit a written complaint to [EMAIL] and allow Saint Archive thirty (30) days to respond. Failure to comply with this pre-action requirement shall render any subsequent claim inadmissible.
EU residents may access the European Commission's ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, though Saint Archive's participation in ODR procedures is voluntary and at Management's discretion.
Children's Privacy
​The Platform is not directed at persons under 18. Saint Archive does not knowingly collect data from minors. Any such data identified will be deleted promptly.
